Campaign Valid Until:

1. An Immigrant can participate to this campaign on sending remittance of minimum BDT 5000 as principal amount (excluding incentive) from abroad to any Nagad account to get an opportunity to win a 'Land' in Dhaka. Additionally, a Nagad user will get an opportunity to get up to 100% cashbonus and attractive Gifts worth 20 crores including a SUV Car under this campaign if he/she receives remittance of minimum BDT 5000 as principal amount (excluding incentive) from abroad to his/her Nagad account
2. Uddokta payment shall not be considered eligible in this campaign.
3. A person can win a 'Land' for once (1) and can also win Mega gift (any one gift item) only once (1) during the whole campaign period on fulfilling the terms and condition of this campaign.
4. The winner will be randomly nominated from the participants and subject to the fulfillment of all the terms and conditions under this campaign.
a) If a person is nominated for a Land, he/she will be notified through an sms or out bound call (maximum of 1 time) from Nagad’s Customer Service within next 10 (ten) working days and the person will have to be present at the scheduled date & time on specific place to receive the gift. In that case, if the person fails to receive the call and/or fail to present at scheduled date & place for any reason then the he/she will be no longer considered as the winner of the mega gifts under this offer and Nagad shall not bear any responsibility in this regard. Please note that one person can only win a Land for once during the whole campaign period but will also have the opportunity to win Mega Gifts (any 01 item) under this campaign.
b) If a Nagad customer is nominated for the cashbonus, you will be notified through a confirmation sms and will receive the cashback within next working day at his/her Nagad account. Additionally, s/he will also have the opportunity to win Mega Gifts (any 01 item) under this campaign.
5. If a Nagad customer is nominated for the Mega Gifts (any 01 item), you will be notified through a SMS or out bound call (maximum of 1 time) from Nagad’s Customer Service within next 10 (ten) working days and will have to be present at the scheduled date & time on specific place to receive the gift. In that case, if s/he fails to receive the call or fails to present at scheduled date & place for any reason then you will be no longer considered as the winner of the mega gifts under this offer and Nagad shall not bear any responsibility in this regard. Please note that you can only win one Mega Gift for once during the whole campaign period.
6. If any nominated winner fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this campaign will be considered as disqualified from this campaign.
7. Designated partners shall be responsible for the service, discount, gifts, voucher and services associated with this campaign. Nagad shall be responsible for the winner selection, delivery of gifts, declaration of Land winner and as a payment service provider. However, land developer will bear all the responsibility to transfer and mutation related activities of the land, the land winner will bear all the registration cost & government miscellaneous costs related to registration but Nagad shall not bear any responsibility related to the land except declaration of the Land to the winner.
8. Brand, model and color of a gifts can differ subject to the availability. The winner will directly contact the manufacturer or supplier of the product if there are any issues relating to gift item after delivery. Nagad shall not take any responsibility on the quality or services of the gift item. After receiving the gift, the recipient must verify the item in front of the delivery man or concern person and if there is any problem with the gift item, it must be returned to the delivery person or the concerned person. However, problems related to the gift will not be acceptable if it arises after the delivery man left the place and Nagad shall not bear any liability in this regard.
9. Despite being a nominated customer, if your account balance limit exceeds or you do not receive instant cashback for unknown/unexpected reason, ‘Nagad’ will attempt to disburse the cashback amount once again within thirty (30) working days at the end of the offer period for one additional time. If it also fails to deliver the cashback, no further attempts shall be made and the customer shall not be considered for the cashback under this offer.
10. If any participants found to manipulate or conduct any suspicious transactions or activity to avail or win cashback and/or gift items under the campaign will be considered as disqualified from this campaign and action will be taken as per Law of Bangladesh (if necessary).
11. This offer will remain valid from 15th March 2024 to 30th June 2024.
12. In order to participate in this campaign, you must have an active Nagad Account. Any person related to this campaign will not be eligible to participate in this campaign.
13. ‘Nagad’ reserves the right to change/modify/extend/cancel/withheld these terms & conditions of this campaign or to stop the whole campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
14. Any decision taken by ‘Nagad’ with respect to this offer, shall be in the sole discretion of ‘Nagad’ and shall be deemed final.
15. Nagad announces that:
i. Nagad or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, request you to disclose your One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your Nagad account, It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and
ii. It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone or to any number whatsoever, and if you become a victim of any kind of fraud, Nagad will not be liable. You will be solely responsible for any transaction made from your Nagad account.
iii. It shall contact customers using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion or conflict with regards to this campaign, you must end any other call and immediately call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call or for required information.
iv. Nagad shall not compel or persuade any person to participate in this campaign. Therefore, the person participating in this campaign with his/her full consent at their sole discretion.
v. Nagad shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute, you will first contact with Nagad through Nagad hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167.
vi. In the event of a conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
